Sports law

Sports law has long been underdeveloped in Ukraine. Today, however, this area is gaining momentum, which is especially pleasant for us, as sport was always an irreplaceable part of our lives. That is why the range of our services includes all aspects that will help make life easier for athletes and protect their interests.

1. General legal services

• Protection of interests in sports arbitration bodies
• Representing the interests of athletes in the drafting of employment and agency agreements, transfers, etc.
• Preparation of documents for applications/joining clubs
• Consultation on intellectual property rights: licensing, use of trademarks, etc.
• Assistance in organising trips abroad for training, tournaments (visas, vaccinations, etc.)

2. Agency

As part of our agency activities, we offer a package of services to accompany a professional athlete: contract negotiations, labor and sponsorship, assistance in organising trips abroad for training, tournaments (visas, vaccinations, etc.) and any other actions in the interests and for the development of the athlete.
